We guarantee that all merchandise purchased from MHRW is in useable condition or we will replace them at no extra cost to our customer's. Should any product you purchase be defective when received, please send an email requesting return authorization for that item. When returning that item, please include the item being returned and a copy of your Invoice showing proof of purchase. We will replace the returned immediately.
