Order Status

 With the exception of backordered merchandise; all U.S. & International orders received before 4: PM, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same day.

With the exception of Holidays and Special Days; all orders received Saturday and Sunday are shipped the following Monday.

You may check the status of your order yourself online from your computer. Look for the USPS Delivery Confirmation Number that is on the Delivery Confirmation that was emailed to you from MHRW (not PayPal).
To check the status of your order:
 Logon to the USPS Web site: http://www.usps.com

Enter the Delivery Confirmation Number (DCN) into the Track & Confirm window for results.

The DCN is emailed (by PayPal) to the email address provided when you place your order online from our Website. (The email address provided must be accurate to receive your Order Confirmation from PayPal.)

MHRW provides a Delivery Confirmation to confirm shipment of all orders. (The email address provided must be accurate to receive your Delivery Confirmation from MHRW.)

When your results are shown as below, your order is still in the process of being delivered.

U.S. Orders

All U.S. orders are processed through our Fulfillment Service within 24 hours of receipt.
All orders are via shipped USPS Priority Mail delivery. Shipping charges for orders are automatically calculated though our Shopping Cart Data Base.
Orders will normally arrive within 3 to 5 business days in the U.S.

All orders are shipped via USPS EMS delivery.
Shipping charges for orders are automatically calculated though our Shopping Cart Data Base.
Orders will normally arrive within 7 to 10 days.
How long delivery is completed is based upon each Countries delivery service.
Customers are responsible for applicable duties and taxes.
